I want to commend Allison Ray for the outstanding job she's just completed for me. We listed my property for Lease at fair market value, and 12 days later it was leased! I believe a big part of the leasing picture was having a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Broker Associate doing the showings.

Since I'm now in the San Francisco Bay Area, all paperwork was handled by e.mail and FAX, and it was done correctly, to my satisfaction. Our files were completed before the new tenants took possession and that's so important in any real estate transaction. It really helps that Allison Ray is also an Attorney, since I relied on her best advice.

I've watched Allison mature into a fine professional in Malibu real estate over the past years. She understands condominium ownership and leasing from a personal perspective. She and her husband Neil have just completed building their own estate home at the top of Malibu Park, which gives her a hands-on insight into land purchasing and development. They're also the parents of two adorable children - so Allison fully appreciates the needs of young families in Malibu. I believe she's developing into a Malibu power Agent, and I recommend her to you highly.

We have a student attending Pepperdine University and began working with Allison to find us a place to purchase in the Malibu area for the time he was in school.  She worked very hard and we found her to be extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with.  We live out of the area, so much of what we did was through photos and correspondence via email, setting up appointments when we were back in the area.  But, what we found the most impressive about Allison was when we switched gears mid summer and decided to lease property instead of purchase.  She didn't skip a beat.  She worked just as hard as she did when she was looking for a house for us to purchase.  That told us that she was more interested in meeting our needs than she was about her commission.  This shows a lot about her character.  She found a number of houses but one in particular and sent us some pictures over the internet.  We couldn't get there to see it, so we trusted her judgment and we moved our son into the house this past week (sight unseen except through internet photos).  It was the perfect place for him and his roommates.  She knew what we were looking for and found a great place.  All of the paper work was handled professionally and easily through email and faxing.  It turned out to be a very easy, pleasant experience.  Allison is a hard working, delightful, and honest person.
